If you had to describe Orphoz in three words, what would they be?
Rigor, Flexibility, Team spirit.

What impressed you the most at Orphoz?
The will to « elevate » the team’s members, the duty of counsel towards the clients, and the concern to never be satisfied with the minimum.

What did Orphoz bring you?
Most of all, skills: project management, rigor and analytical abilities. But also essential human qualities: empathy and humility.

Roman Lafage, former Consultant (2013-2015)

Roman has left to become Director of Operational Excellence PMO (Program Management Office) for Teva Global Operation. Today, he is Global Digital Manufacturing Director at Vesuvius.

If you had to describe Orphoz in three words, what would they be?
Talent, Passion, Family.

What impressed you the most at Orphoz?
It is difficult to summarize this experience in a single point. But aside from the consultants talents, their passion at work and the entrepreneurial and family-like atmosphere at Orphoz, I think what made the most impression on me was the quality of the interventions and the exposure offered to consultant during interventions.
For instance, I had the opportunity to work on large projects such as an intervention in the luxury goods sector to redesign the organization and the processes of a leader in high jewelry in partnership with the executive team.

What did Orphoz bring you?
Orphoz clearly made me grow and made me aware of my abilities. Over the interventions, and with guidance from Noëmie, François and Hervé, I was able to develop my skills, discover new sectors and gained experiences that allow me today to assume an executive’s position with a solid ground training.

Virginie Talmard, former Senior Consultant (2011-2015)

Virginie is now a Project Director at BPCE-IT.

If you had to describe Orphoz in three words, what would they be?
Entrepreneurship, Implementation, Excellence.

What impressed you the most at Orphoz?
What impressed me the most at Orphoz are the rigor and the high standards demanded on the job, which always result in delivery high-quality work to clients.
The broad diversity of topics and sectors in which interventions take place make it possible to constantly learn and for consultants to develop an extensive skillset. Also, the size of the company allows for a tight-knit team and for a direct relationship with directors, which is very enriching.

What did Orphoz bring you?
Orphoz gave me the chance to develop my skills in program and project management (PMO) but also in team coaching. I was also able to sharpen my work methodology and to get into the habit of always looking for excellence. The diversity of interventions also made me adaptable to any situation.

Jean-Jacques Bernard, former Project Manager (2012-2015)

Jean-Jacques is now a Senior Director - Insight & Customer Strategy at Oracle.

If you had to describe Orphoz in three words, what would they be?
Rigor, Flexibility, Fun.

What impressed you the most at Orphoz?
The international scope of interventions and thus the opportunities to be staffed abroad and the enriching interventions of hybrid McKinsey-Orphoz teams.

What did Orphoz bring you?
A generalist skillset much broader then when I started, both in terms of environments and of functional skills.

Elisabeth Lecué, former Senior Consultant (2011-2014)

Elisabeth has left to become Head of Dimensional Control Department for the group GLPF (Le Piston Français). Today, she is Head of Continuous Improvement department at Verisure Securitas Direct.

If you had to describe Orphoz in three words, what would they be?
Enriching, Intense, Structuring.

What impressed you the most at Orphoz?
The will to really bring an added value to the client on a long-term basis, and not only during interventions. In other words: prepare the client to take over on the treated issues by passing onto them all elements, in a structured way.

What did Orphoz bring you?
Work methodologies in project management, communication and change management.
